Our bodies need water to absorb food effectively and carry out all the essential functions we ask of each day.

You don’t stop to understand what we ask of this marvelous device; we take it for approval that it will work correctly.

Let’s look at the relationship between healthy consumption and our body’s everyday water consumption.

There is a direct connection between eating healthy and consuming enough water to absorb the minerals and vitamins we need from the healthy food we’ve finished.

Do you know that your body is 98% water? Do you find this truth hard to believe?

Many of our body fluids are water, and many of our organs are mostly water. Do you expect water to be essential to our day-to-day functions? I would hazard a guess of YES.

Throughout consuming our food, we drink water with our meals. We do not even stop considering water’s function in our digestion process.

We consume it because we end up being thirsty when we finish.

What occurs to the food and water as they enter our digestive system? They are both necessary components of the digestive procedure.

Stomach acids require water to properly break down the food as it takes a trip through our stomach, and the blood takes in nutrients.

The food continues down the path of the intestinal tracts, still being broken down and soaked up through the lining of the intestines, requiring water.

All of the digestive procedure needs to have water to occur as created.

Sometimes, imbalances in our intestines produce an environment that will not permit the appropriate processing of food particles or does not permit us to soak up any of the nutrients we require as they go through our intestinal tracts.

Stepping up our water usage can frequently correct this without needing medication. We need you to fill our system, as you may get rid of a slow drain.

Proper flushing of the body, blood filtering, and waste transmission from our bodies can only occur when fluids are present.

The only way for enough fluids to be present is in our intake of water.

Just through the intake of required quantities of water do our kidneys function as created.

Many body organs depend upon new blood products to operate appropriately.

The kidneys and intestines need large amounts of water to achieve the difficult task of flushing waste from our bodies.

Now, to realize this task’s significance, you’ll need to stop and think of the waste, if you don’t mind.

Wastes are produced from the everyday processes your body goes through, toxic by-products that we do not require to live and don’t need to keep in our bodies.

As a basic rule, whatever we might need for our body must be taken in as the food has passed through the intestines; whatever is left is not required.

From beginning to end, correct food digestion can only happen with water, lots, and significant amounts of water.
